Hobbing and Spline Rolling

Chicago Turnrite offers in-house hobbing and spline rolling capabilities; processes that are used in manufacturing a wide variety of parts. These competencies further illustrate our diversity along with our ability to manage and control the entire manufacturing process specific to the products we produce. We pay close attention to detail, and are capable of controlling tight tolerances on pitch diameter run out. Furthermore, a rolled spline is much stronger than a cut spline.
